    Default Great holiday but sad ending

    Been to on holiday to germany and a night in Holland and found out on way home that close mate for 12 years pass on in tragic accident..What been a good holiday is sad end...Gutted...
    Just want to know if anyone else had that experience just answer yes or no....

    Yes thanks and he was a close friend and he pass away on sunday but no one told me as they didn't want to ruin my holiday as they knew I would be back tonight and only my best mate told me earlier as he let slip and it was a nightmare and flying home from Holland it even show I post this thread twice my mistake as you never know when your time up..So ladies and gentleman enjoy a little of your life as it can be too short...He was only 32 and engaged to a lady for 2 years...It heartbreaking for his family and her also...Lastly Lapd sorry to hear that mate...

    Same thing happened to me more or less.
    Was on a stag do in the dam and the youngest lad with us was found unconscious in a critical condition in his mates house the day after we got home.
    He ended up on life support and later died.

    Sad when they go so young, he wasn't even 20 ffs.

    That sad to hear as he was very young and it terrible news as it spoil a good holiday for you all...I think when you have a good turn in life then something always going to knock you down it part of life...Sad but true I'm afraid...
