    Default Premier League 2016/2017

I know it's still over a fortnight before this kicks off but I said I will get the ball rolling on this one. It's going to be one of the most interesting seasons ever. Couple of new managers, with City, United, Chelsea, Sunderland and Liverpool(Newish) I hope I haven't missed anyone. Mourinho seems to have a unlimited supply of funds to strengthen his squad, and he's not holding back!! Pep Guardiola on the other hand appears to be taking things easy, and is quietly going about his business. Can Leicester city continue the momentum they had from last season into the next, with the added pressure of playing midweek European matches? Can Liverpool and Chelsea take advantage of no European football next season?

    Thoughts anyone?

I'm going to stick my neck out and say ManCity to win, with Arsenal and Liverpool in second and 3rd spots. A dog fight between Man United, Chelsea, spurs, Leicester City and possibly Westham for 4th.

Sunderland, Burnley and WestBrom to go down.

I´ll save my thoughts until the transfer windows closed.

After Saturdays result against Barcelona, I'm feeling more confident now. Clean sheet and 4 Goals. Not too shabby.

If Liverpool can just make top four again I'll be a happy man!

Manchester United sign Paul Pogba for world-record £89m. I don't think he is worth it he had a poor euro.

£110 million when you include the agents fees!! No body is worth that sort of money, he played second fiddle to Moussa Sissoko in the final. It will be interesting to see how he fits in this United team, will there be room for Rooney?? Rooney spent a lot of time last season either being injured or out of favour, can't see him getting much of a look in this season, but you can rule out Mata making any impact this season.
There is going to be massive pressure on this United side that hung in last year by the heroics of De Gea. I've seen signs at the end of last season and during the Euro's that he's a bit off his best!!
It's going to be interesting to see how united handle all the pressure, but they have a nice easy game against Bournemouth to ease them in.
