I think you are talking about clients who are put out the door in 10 mins after paying an hour, that sort of thing.
If I am right then yes I agree, that is stealing if they have done nothing wrong.
I have met lovely guys who have told me they were put out in 10 mins or told services have to be paid for when they were told on the phone only time was paid for all services included.

Stealing is not good.

Money and time can be hard to get, treat people decently.

I never send texts or PMs after, thinking that sometimes they would only be an intrusion. Tbh, I don't send too many of them beforehand either.

I think there is enough negativity in the world, sometimes it is worth to make that extra effort and be nice to someone.
It is just a random unexpected act of kindness that can turn a whole day around for someone.

some people think that being nice equals being weak.
I think it takes an extra bit of effort to send a positive vibe to people.

many of us do need that little bit of positive energy and a pat at their back, out of nowhere.
like telling the lady at the till in tesco which you see for the first time in your life, that you like her nails or hair cut or something similar, totally unexpected out of nowhere.
