I agree with the general tone of your post, that escorts should be protected from trolls and bullies as this forum is an extension of their advertising and livelehood.
In the past your own actions were contrary to this sentiment but the past is the past.
You knowing Sophie as a person is irrelevant whether she is a lovely person or not. A ban from the forum doesn't stop her being herself irl.
Posters should be judged on how they post, escorts and clients alike in that regard. The latest spat occured because red and sophie began it by goading Casman on a thread he started. They have repeatedly done that to casman since the initial disagreement, but he posted some horrible remarks about Sophie so it's understandable she would hold a grudge. There's no excuse for red, he's just a clown. So Casman gets a permanent ban and Sophie gets a week. Overall I'd say it's a good result for her so no need for any hand wringing.
