My problem would be if this would be the main heat will it work when in winter will be -20 degrees?

Im sure they could do the job if your house is well insulated.
But dont take my word for it. Find out if anyone in your area has used them and ask them. Im sure they would be able to tell you if they are efficient based on their electricity bill.
Also if they get installed behind plasterboard or interior cladding you might look into what the lifespan is on them. You wouldnt want to be pulling your walls apart after 10 years because they stopped working.😁
