when someone puts up a thread saying meteor coverage is gone and i just came off the phone on it and i put up a respnse and then they ask you to remove it and you do it in about 20 secs.Yet you let the mods here do your explaining for you and dont do the slightest bit to clarify anything with regards to the mods and what they can or cant do.

West there are clear and comprehensive rules published. It's not like Mods have to come up with all the rules here, it is only a case of enforcing the existing rules.

However, yes I appreciate I have been away for 4 days and since I got back a couple of days ago I have been so busy I haven't been here enough and still not all my PMs are answered. I am sorry about that, but really there are only so many hours in the day, and I am doing my best to get around to everything. So sorry, for this.

BTW: I respond to some things quicker that others because if someone asks me to do something very easy, I can often do it, but things that require a lot more thought often get stuck on the backburner when I'm really busy, because they are not so easy.

Well I'm sorry you feel that way. We know I don't have enough hours in the day to look after this place, that one of the reasons we need community mods here, because I'm not always getting around to stuff quick enough and so if we have community mods keeping the peace a little here too it helps a lot. Now we have community mods, you feel like I don't support you. I'm not saying you don't have a point. I'm simply saying on a daily basis I have 20 staff to manage, plus the accountants to deal with, the Inland Revenue to deal with, the banks to deal with, thousands of emails and private messages to reply to, graphic designers and web developers to deal with, journalists or police to deal with (most days!) plus at the moment we are moving to a whole new server data centre which is causing a massive amount of work. I work all day and night and all I get for it is told I'm not doing enough. Well, I'm sorry.
