It looks genuine to me, given the reviewer's history. The main thing that bothers me is that someone would go ahead with an appointment with a girl who is clearly out of her comfort zone. It seems likely that she had no say in what favourites are listed, and that may not be the only thing out of her control.
The reviewer should give some thought to whether this girl is acting freely. It may be a case where a well-placed phone call could be doing her a favour.

Thats exactly what i was getting at should not have gone ahead and maybe should have called the guards or someone else,thats why the review system bothers me at times that there is more of this going on.

The review seems ok in so far as the reviewer has a history of reviews (~26). But it seems too lengthy, and too negatively focused on the escort. It's the first review. The person who went to see should have clearly seen the signs that this wasn't going to be a 'pleasurable' encounter, but they still went ahead. Their choice. I just would have preferred the review to be concise, but maybe the person was really put off and vented in a lengthy textual manner.
Why do people give too much sexually explicit details of their encounters with escorts. Even though this is their job, I think most of this lady's have relationships or even married and wouldn't be that comfortable with such details. No wonder most of them opt out. For the moderators, would it not suffice to just give the stars without all those details. I think it's unnecessary tbh.

Seems like a genuine review to me.
Obviously this lady isn't suited to the job and frankly shouldn't be working .
I think it's more than a stretch to suggest the Gardai should be called as she might me cohersed.
I don't feel sorry for her at all, I feel sorry for the client
Couldnt disagree more with this i firmly believe she was coerced and not scamming punters there is a big difference.
