The trick is to just be yourself. I think the biggest issue (and its both sides do this) is fear of getting fucked about or / and being too serious. People confuse being in a relationship with being on a date or getting a date. Compromise and stuff like this is fine when your in a relationship but meeting someone for the first time is absolutely crazy and only throws pressure in there where its not needed.
