Default Is Rafa on his way out?

It's been rumoured this afternoon that Rafa Benitez is on his way out of Anfield. This follows a flurry of bets on this happening. One bookmaker said he'd be surprised if he lasted untill Sunday night. We'll wait and see. Knowing Liverpools luck he'll win tonight and it makes it impossible for them to sack him. If he is pushed who would take over. Kenny Dalglish is surprisingly the favourite at the moment. Surely not another dream team with Barnes
Mourinho would be the most likely I think. Hiddink wouldn't bother as he's with Chelsea and more money. Here are the contenders:

    Dalglish K 5/2 Hiddink G 20/1 McLaren S 50/1
    Mourinho J 6/1 Klinsmann J 25/1 Capello F 50/1
    Van Basten M 12/1 Ince P 25/1 Souness G 66/1
    Rijkaard F 12/1 Coppell S 25/1 Vialli G 66/1
    Scolari P 12/1 Hughes M 25/1 Fowler R 100/1
    O Neill M 14/1 Koeman R 25/1 McManaman S 100/1
    Ancelotti C 14/1 Jewell P 33/1 Keegan K 125/1
    Schuster B 14/1 Redknapp H 40/1 Molby J 150/1
    Lippi M 20/1 Toshack J 50/1 Whelan R 150/1

If true its a bloody joke - football officially insane.

I would like to see him given a fair crack of the whip. But he walked out on Valencia for not getting his way.

Why not let a guy that has won 2 Spanish titles a champions league and uefa cup full control - Imagine what he might win then.

Looking at the jokers that's linked they may as well stick with him. Dalglish ffs.If he was to go now they would risk dropping out of the top 4.

Benitez has to go sooner or later they make look good being 2nd in the Premier but his is entirely due to Arsenal & Chelsea being well below their best this season, the likes of Babel Kuyt & Dossena were very bad transfers yet still plays them regularly! His European win in '05 has kept him in his job for the past 2yrs, L'Pool play negative football under Rafa they are boring to watch they'll never win a Premier League under him Get rid of him!!

    Cool

No , Rafa MUST STAY . Pure and simple . 5 more yrs . Keep up the good work Rafa don't listen to us UNITED fans when we sing that you're crackin up and you're just a fat spanish waiter , what do we know ! Liverpool have no chance of winning the premiership while he is in charge and long may that continue .
