Question for the old heads

Have the boards gotten progressively more vulgar and base? Have the halcyon days been spent?

I wouldn't have been a poster back at the end of the last decade but I use to read the threads a lot. There were some interesting discussions back then, some brilliant characters too.

Last time I was active on these boards the place seemed to be experiencing an epidemic of posters posting porn gifs. I'm not sure when the clientele decided that this would be the best approach for drawing female contributors to the boards but I'm glad I missed the memo.

To be fair I've gotten a few years older with all this reading and my tastes and tolerances are different. Maybe that's why I think the place is a poor shadow of what it was

Nope. Same shit. Except for one wee detail... people (in general, although special circumstances apply *cough cough*) are 20 times more stupid (approx) than they were say 10 years ago.

It's a worrying trend I've been doing a bit of research into. In the last 3/4 decades, people seem to be getting more and more stupid. I'm not talking about direct smarts, I'm talking about a clear lack of ability to display common sense.

I have to agree. I haven't been very active around here for quite some time.
I just found it very aggressive with people shouting each other down.
To me this should be what it says a community of like minded people both clients and escorts alike.
For most of us I imagine this is a very private part of our lives it is for me anyway. So for me this is my only way to reach out to other likeminded soles.

I know what you're saying. The problem is that's the same crap my dad use to say when I was a sprog. So the question then becomes are we just turning into the same old crockety fuckbuckets our parents became or is society as a whole circling the intellectual swanny?
