We import more than we export, those countries who we import from, will still want to trade with the UK. Yes, for a period anyway and even more so if you have a fistful of dollars rather than Euros.

ok so does this mean the sterling will get very weak now, I need to change a grand of euro notes to sterling as going to london next week, but this result, will it now weaken the euro zone too which means the euro will weaken too

No the sterling is getting weaker, and should do until everyone know what exact is the full conquences on the exit. Fell from .77p/euro to .81/euro just this morning

BB But do it not now destabilise the Eurozone now too as other countries will now seek a referendum on exiting and this may lead to a very weakened Euro too
