its not rocket science, they opt out as they don't intend to offer a good service or have a few other profiles up, the genuine escorts will always allow reviews,
I avoid those who won't allow them and use this feature in my search on EI

Sometimes I take a chance. But I do some homework. Not going to visit if she's recently joined and already refusing or if her pics look too good to be true. Also make first appointment for minimum fee with right to run if I don't like who or what I see or if I meet someone that sounds different to voice on the phone. If I'm not told to fuck off over the phone, it usually works out to an extended visit. If not I've only committed to minimum fee. I've only had one such visit this year and she turned out to be a real gem.
