    Default Exercise Routines.

    How do you exercise people. Whats your thing ?

    I'm an old traditional running , football, cycling kinda dude but hey I spotted this and wondered if any lady wants to teach me the moves.



    Anyone tried it ?

    Gym 2-3 times per week.
    Run 3-4 times per week.
    Cross training 1 time per week.
    1 day rest.
    Ideally adventures 2-5 times per week. And eat healthy at home.
    Working well so far!

    I do alot of weight training and use to use some of my x girlfriends and my current girlfriend in my rountines. Each rep would get a kiss from it lol theres alsorts of different ways of training

    Wanking 2-3 times per week.
    Pull my wire 3-4 times per week.
    Toss off 1 time per week.
    1 day rest.
    Ideally wank again 2-5 times per week. And pull at it at home.
    Working well so far!

    Looks like u got good rountine there... Definatly got to eat right. 80% of the results you see are down to what you eat and when you eat. Im currently bulking up and im eating a min of 5400 calories aday and eating 5 times a day....

    I could talk about this all day this definatly is a fetish of mine lol
