    How can the same guy leave two negative reviews on your profile for one appointment.

    Can you not appeal to those that run the site or something.

    There is a report button at the bottom of the review
    All she has to do is click on it and give her reasons why in the comment box

    I'd be fairly sure one review will be removed.... Possibly both, as the time of visit is conflicted. In any case, its NOT a bad review honey. As in its not a review of your service...

    Its a stupid review really... Why would you even bother?
