    Yep wild salmon is nothing like the farmed crap.
    In the west we call that the harvest mackerel, the fresher the better.
    I think them at that time of year are the best tasting fish around

    William, what was the fish and chips like when you were a kid, didn't they use to wrap them in newspaper ???,
