As a moderator here you must realise that you have to rise above the frailties of normal humans. You must never allow yourself to be swayed by the shackles of emotions. Never allow yourself to have an off day. You must eat, sleep, breath and live the job. You must allow it to occupy every fibre of you being. You must never allow personal feelings or thoughts towards others to influence your decision making here. This is your life. You are not human any more. You can't be to do this job.......

And when you've finally achieved all that maybe, just maybe you'll have come a little closer to finally being accepted by members here as a moderator......
i woke up this morning with a shooting paon down my arm and my index finger is numb too.Still went to teh gym though but fuck its sire.I went in town and bought a sliotar.I rolled around on it until i was in agony.the arms feels pretty good now.I have an appointment on moday to see whats up but i think i have scar tissue around the biceps tendon and nerves and it just needs to be broken down.Hence the sliotar.Anyway waking up like this and coming online to read deleted thread after deleted thread isnt a great way to start the day.

It just shows how much modding is working when you see how the list scandal was handled here. There was no big bust ups compared to IIE. Before modding there was bitching here every other day about any subject under the sun. Let the childish people whinge about threads moved or deleted. Aren't they so lucky to be getting worked up over trivial matters when the rest of the country is worried about the recession.
Modding had absolutley nothing to do with the difference between here and IIE in regards to the list i dont recall one post being modded in relation to the list it was more to do with the members self restraint than modding

the list was a very difficult call to mod.We had to let everyone get their chance to speak including the gilrs who operated the list.We had several list updates, lors of differing opinions. It had nothing to do with self restraint,it had to do with the lack of findings and the future goes as far as the escorts involved and the clients involved too.To put ot simply .unless it got very nasty ,it was only fair to let all speak considering its importance to all concerned, escorts and clients alike.

    a tough call,

Maybe it's the fact that mods were here that encouraged members to exercise more "self restraint"..........

Whether there was modding or not involved with the list, I've noticed the place alot calmer than it used to be recently. That has to be down to the mods.

Maybe also like you I will feel better about the place tomorrow but as for today, I’m outta here!
I will also add that although Paws at times, lets say is very passionate about his opinions and at times does go a little bit far he usually does have a larger portion of correctness (if that’s a word) on his side, that’s why I joined his group, not because I agreed with all the group motto states but the larger portion of it..
Anon163, you know I hold your opinion in very high regard. Regards appointing QPH a mod, I would just like to say that I myself have felt like getting QPH and ramming a chill pill down his throat a few times in the past, but having thought about this seriously over the last week or so I think he really could make an excellent mod. I really wouldn't have made QPH a mod if I didn't think he was up to it. Think about it, or just wait and see, I think QPH could surprise anyone who thinks he's not up to it. Making bigpaws a mod on the otherhand would be a very bad move I think, because he may be smart, he may even be right a lot of the time, but he's a troublemaker at times too, and we can't have mods that are liable to start stirring shit at any time.

i think it was just more to do with the fact that nobody had anything to gain by getting nasty.the escorts from a business prospective and the clients from a future escorting prospective.I think that was the case. The escorts want more clinets and the clients may still wish to return to the escorts too.I think it was more of an exercise in thinking before doing for all concerned.

    Westie you're just making excuses.......

Don't you realise you have to be virtually perfect in every way to please all here?????

And when you finally get there then I'm sure you'll find the job so much easier..........

Oh ref. the arm ............... leave yourself alone for 5 mins.........

the mods here didnt encourage people to exercise self restraint . do honestly think that if any member wanted to voice an opinion on the list the he/she would consider the mods when writing their posts.

it actually would be the last thing on my mind ,as i sure would be the same with other members
