Once you click 'Post New Thread', you'll find the above box towards the bottom of the page. Tick the small box opposite of where it says "create a poll" and then enter a number for the number of options you want in your poll. IMPORTANT: you will not be able to make the poll there and then, you will only be able to do so after you post the thread itself. If you ticked the box, you will be automatically be brought to a page where you can create your poll.
