i would respectfully disagree. it was a very murky case involving alcohol.

If I am correct, there was another person involved in this, but they basically pushed him out of the picture.
Clayton McDonald was cleared of all charges, but yet he had sex with the same woman on the same night while Ched Evans was present.

So when I hear this, it make me think that something just doesn't add up.
