Davy fitz steps down as clare manager. Probably not a big surprise. At least they won an all ireland and league while in charge, so clare people should be proud of that. Under achieved in the championship the last few years. Who will get the job now?

A great night for austin gleeson, an all star and young and senior player of the year. A superb achievement. Well done to him.

I thought Callanan was a cert for senior player , even though Gleeson looks a top class hurler.

I thought Callanan was a cert for senior player , even though Gleeson looks a top class hurler.

Certainly thought Callanan was by far the best hurler of the season and when the chips were down he showed great spirit and what a game he had in the final............................he deserved to be "Hurler of the Year"
