Just suppose the list did fall into the hands of the Gardai, how could they actually prove you were with the escort:-

SCENARIO:-

Gardai: I believe you were escort ?????? on Friday, 6th February last.

Rover: No I wasn't Guard, I just phoned her and made an enquiry, I actually didn't go and see her.

Gardai: Then how does she know you're into CI? and Wat??????? it's clearly written on the list.

Rover: I just enquired whether she does these things or not, I certainly wasn't with her.

Gardai: What does she mean by OK, how would she that if you weren't with her'

Rover: She must have meant I sounded OK on the phone.

Hi Patricia,
This has been going around in my mind and all the focus seems to be what if? about the client but, my take on it would be that by creating this list the escort's were collaborating together (as a brothel would) so they would be contacting the people on the list to become witnesses for them to bring charges against the escorts who put the list together for the running of an organised prostitution ring??
Any thoughts or am I just being silly and this could never happen??

I think for most people on the list the mere thought of being questioned about something like this is enough to make them nervous, if in fact they could be found from the information on the list!
Together with the fact that their wife, girlfriend or whoever could find out!!!

Agreed Luther but i'm sure there are more than one client that is on the Bad list with there full details to be seen that would be more than willing to cooperate!!

I'm sure you're right anon, but I think the clients would have to be caught first and then use their knowledge as leverage towards their own defence, or being let away with what ever they could be in trouble for themselves, and I'm not to sure what that is!!!! Apart from protecting themselves from being exposed...............

Guys guys guys, please stop with all those scary scenarios. As I said before, legally there is nothing to prosecute. And also seeing an escort is NOT ILLEGAL IN IRELAND!!!!

There are no names, no adress and no complete numbers on good client list. So I really don´t think that guys should be worry about blackmailing. But I can understand the concerns about some personal details that where mentioned on the list.

So guys nobody can proof that it´s ur number and even all the digits where there, no proof why u number is there.

I know what your saying, and you're correct, but again, it's the chance, however remote, that somebody, garda or otherwise, may turn up at their door step to question them about anything that has people nervous......
