Is it far out from O'Connell street,I was looking at google maps and it looks to be a far trek out there.
Anybody know how long it takes and the best way to get out there.
I won't be driving so,i may have to use public transport,thanks.

its a long ole way (think city centre to santry sort of distance) the 10 bus I think it was went that way, but thats years ago

From the maps,it looks a lot further out to Rathmines than it does to santry.
Seems like a bit of a hole to get to,pity because a few decent ladies out there.

no its actually about 6k vs santry 9k (so 50% further!) taking the liffey as reference (centre)
I know what you mean, it is, one of my worst experiences there, and missed out on a couple who changed to that location which I liked after Id met themvcloser into town oh well, first world problems soft of scenario, I mean we could be in lietrim or cork so

just measured it (was going from memory before) yeahh its about 3k actually which means santry is 4.5k,thought santry was much further

Never thought I would see Leitrim and cork in the same sentence, one of the great things about cork is that everyone is within 10 minutes of the city centre, same as Limerick and Galway I would expect.
