Yes true but he has them playing the All-Blacks way, the longer you play like that the more comfortable you become and over time you become stronger.

Agreed,but the all blacks are growing up doing this,even they have bad times,it's all they do...end result,sadly my friend : It won't work... but damn it I love watching this....for sure it has brought us to a new level.

It will work if all underage rugby is developed on these lines.
The first thing Pat did was when he took over was make them all have a rugby ball each , get use to having it in the hand all the time
