The world famous Berlin FKK club Artemis was raided by 900 cops, in what officially seems to be a tax and drugs issue (Hells Angels links). There were 6 arrests in management and as commercial sex s fully legal 117 ladies and 100 clients were found there but not arrested.

To me with the upcoming proposed prostitution reform laws on the way this is a premptive spectacular by the pigz, why were 900 cops used, when Berlin is a constant target for terrorist attacks? Also it may be an ordered operation to embarrass those who are opposed to the upcoming new law such as The Greens and ease the insane laws passage!

It is the last brothel, I would ever expect to be raided in any country where commercial sex is legal. Indeed when I was first in Berlin, Artemis was controversially advertising on the backs of buses!

Online chat with german about the raid - it was well known that pressure was put on the women to provide certain sexual services without condoms ie owo . He reckons the 900 police was to gain support for the new German law from the public . Doesnt know whether criminality was actively linked to the place -has doubts about proactive trafficking at the club as theres no shortage of migrants looking to work there...

Most big FKK clubs are run nowadays by people exploiting ladies , mostly easteuropeans girls , forced to provide a wide pallet of services weather the like doing it or not , they are "encouraged " to register a selfemployed, which safes the club paying fees like healthinsurance coverage and taxes . i too visited it about 8 years ago - had a wonderful time over 3 days when i had 11 different encounters.

That is a bit harsh Surely if what you say is true better regulation of the clubs which ensures better pay and conditions for workers is the way forward. Sending in a battalion of cops seems extreme. Of course if corruption has reached epidemic levels in the state of Germany and fair law cannot be enforced then maybe the Brits would be wise to get the fuck out of an organisation largely run by incompetent Germans.
