I would prefer to ask someone I've been with before but she stopped working.
The term apples to an orchard springs to mind, why not go on your holiday and bring your wallet instead.
A holiday with a relative stranger could be a gamble.

Once she gets paid accordingly she won't care how well she knows you

Not true. Most girls would not go on a holiday with a complete stranger regardless of what money was involved. Safety is paramount.

Surprised at you Dan for having such a cynical view on this, considering your experience.

I thought so too as the last girl I went with knew me for over a year.

If you have met a girl two or three times only it seems a bit soon to ask her to trust you on a (fuck I'm stuck here with this weirdo) holiday. Unless of course you can tick at least three of these boxes.

    1. I'm charming
    2. I'm intelligent
    3. I'm funny
    4. I'm wealthy
    5. I'm hot

    Good luck bud.

Not cynical just a realist and he is not a complete stranger since they have met before

I love holiday bookings. In my experience guys who enjoy these type of bookings are not all about the "did I get sexual value for money" they just want companionship for the duration of their holiday.
Relax by the pool, beach, go to dinner, for some drinks, sleep when tired, what ever just have a wonderful time with a beautiful woman to share it with.
Sex is just a part of it, and just flows as the time go by,

On the other hand I have been on holiday bookings when there was sex sex sex ,, in the pool, in the see, at the nudist beach you name it we did it, but along with that we had a wonderful relaxing time to.

So long as the guy is respectful of my space when needed and I of his, and comfortable with himself then things always work out.

I have never been on a holiday booking yet that I didn't have a great time. The financial side of things are always taken care of long before we go so there is no talk or need to worry about it.
Some people have to have the last word,
but they don't actually want you to stop talking,
as they like the sound of their own voices too much.

There is only so much that can be gleaned from a few meetings. Still a stranger in my opinion.
