Yes I have heard of it and seen the success stories with my own eyes, for the man if he can leave the past behind him it is easy for him, he will not be overcome with jealously.
For the woman its more difficult, they get hooked on the money and struggle with a normal paying day to day job and this usually pulls them back in. The woman also develops love issues during sex and find it hard to feel close to a man after using there body in the same way for work so many times. An retired Escort of 20 years once told me , that if your not mentally correct working as an escort you will find in time that it will take a part of your soul.
