An Interview With... British Kristie!
Hi guys, well it is that time again in which we interview one of Ireland's most popular advertisers.
I have managed to make some time to interview one of the lovely E-I Advertisers, getting to know them more on a personal level and learn more about their experiences.
PART 1:
Hi Kristie,
Thank you for taking part of: 'An Interview with:'
First of all, I think this interview is a long time coming and I want to start off by asking a series of personal and not so personal question about you yourself and the world of Escort-Ireland
I just hope that everybody reading will enjoy the questions that I have asked and I hope they enjoy your answers as much as I did.
So to start off with the first question...
Floki: When did you first arrive to Ireland and what was your first thought of the country and the people themselves? And how different are they to the people where you are from?
Kristie: I had been living in near Spain for 15 years at the time of my first working visit to Ireland in 2005. I immediately loved the Irish men for their great sense of humour and as I am British, I instantly felt at home. At the time the money was fantastic too and I ended up staying until 2008. In 2009 due to the economic crisis and the escalating attacks on sex workers I decided to move to Norway. In 2013 whilst still living in Norway, I had an unpleasant experience with a client stalker and was left little option but to change my working name and head to Australia before returning home to the UK. It was then in 2017 that I came across one of the ladies I knew back in 2005 and she convinced me to give Ireland another go. And here I still am and love everything about it!
Floki: What does Ireland offer that your home country doesn't?
Kristie: Although I spend a great deal of time in Ireland, I do live in the UK. From a working perspective Ireland offers me a more discrete working environment (identity protection). The average rates are also higher than the UK.
Floki: Is there anything that you miss about your home that
you do not have in Ireland?
Krisite: I tour in Ireland and go home to the UK every month but do miss my friends and family. It's a pretty lonely profession.
Floki: What made you decide that escorting was something for you and how did you come to hearing about Escort-Ireland?
Kristie: I came to Ireland through an Agency called London Peaches. The lady had contacted me when I was living near Spain and had no idea that I spoke or was English (otherwise she would not have contacted me) So when I arrived, it only took me a day or so to figure out where to advertise. Within a few months I decided to join EI. I remember being one of the first regular girls to advertise on it. There were only a handful of other girls at the time. To give you an example, I was possibly one of 5 advertising in the whole of Dublin at that time! By the time I left Ireland in 2009, I would say it was already the main advertising site.
Floki: After all this time, you are still a very popular lady and very well liked, but what advice would you give to anybody else who would want to advertising for as long as yourself?
Krisite: Hmmm, this is definitely a tough question. At the start of my "career" I use to do what all the other ladies did at the time, GFE. It was all about getting the money and an hours appointment seemed like an eternity!. Don't get me wrong, I still am but after a many years I woke up one day and thought that I would only offer what I really enjoyed doing and have never looked back since. Appointments simply fly by, no matter the length.I think the secret is my website. I am very transparent and direct with what I like, don't like and what I offer and what I don't. This way there is no confusion. I know I may lose clients this way, but at least the ones I see are usually happy with my service. Sometimes I feel (and know from clients) that my directness comes across as a bit intimidating but that is the only way I find so sift through the BS. At least I cant be held responsible for a service a client wants me to provide when I don't provide it.
Floki: When you started to advertise, how long do you think you'll be advertising for?
Kristie: Great question :-) When I started I just wanted to make €6,000 to pay a debt but then "quickly" figured out that I would be really silly not to continue :-)
Floki: Why Ireland? What attracted you to travel Ireland and what made you decide it was the place to be?

Floki: If you had not entered the world of escorting, what kind of work would you have been doing or would have enjoyed to doing?
Kristie: Since leaving University I have always been self employed and never worked for anyone else. As well as being a coach I have other business's which I cannot disclose. Escorting has never been my only line of work at any given time. Presently I am involved in a few different things.
Floki: Have you managed to work in many countries and which has been your favourite?
Kristie: Hmmm, l absolutely loved Australia but it is simply too far. I have worked in Scotland, France, Spain, Portugal, Malta, Sweden, Finland, Norway, Isle of man and believe it or not, a working holiday to the Acores.
Floki: Do you remember your first client and how did you think it went?
Kristie: Yes, it was a friend who had a crush on me for years. I cant remember how it went but I do remember thinking "OMG, that was so easy and extremely rewarding"
Floki: You say it was easy and extremely rewarding, and this was a friend of yours.
Would you consider allowing any other friends make a booking with you or was it just a one off, maybe even complete the booking with the same friend?
Kristie: Well I allowed a few at that time. I wouldn't feel comfortable with it now (even though my long term close friends know)
Floki: Some people like splash out on giving out gifts, but what has to be the more memorable gift you have ever received, the most expensive gift, the most strangest gift ever from all the clients you have met?
Kristie: I would prefer not to say what the most expensive was, but it was very expensive. The second most expensive was a 6,000 watch. I can't think of the strangest gift, but can think of an amusing one. It was actually from a reputable EI member who went to play poker abroad. He brought me back a little shot glass saying "Blow me for luck" :-)
Floki: During a booking, many do ask for certain request, but what has been the strangest request that you've been ask to do and did you complete the request?
Kristie: One that I will never forget was in Norway. Had he asked me this before hand I definitely would not have seen him. Anyway, it was a role-play. The client wanted me to pretend I was speaking to dead children and saying something in the lines of "Are you jealous you can't do this"? This traumatised me for some time.
A recent one was a client wanting me to be his mother. Speaking of which I have also been the sister and the sister in law.
Floki: Oh wow! Well I can say that even I am a little traumatised by that, very shocking and not what I expected to hear.
On other less strange, traumatising requests, which has been a strange one that you enjoyed and would you do it again?
Kristie: To be honest I enjoy everything, especially when I can allow my fantasies to take over (I have many)
Floki: I think I would like to know more about that myself personally
