Have visited a few ladies and parlors now and have found that the majority will keep their panties on during massage, even though nude or naked is advertised. In fact the only two that took them off were girls that offer full service. Is this the norm, or is it merely a question of asking them if they would be willing to be totally nude? After all i don't want to offend any ladies. Input from massage providers would be much appreciated.

I have had both as some let them on and some take them off during the massage as they allow you to touch them down below.
It depends on the girl as some would wear a donkey jacket they are so bad.
