We all have to start somewhere and we were all newbies once. But not everyone came on here with so many complaints when they started out. Anyone could have a bad visit for a variety of reasons — but three in succession having shared his previous two and been offered plenty of advice on them.

I didn't have a "shaky" start — well, that is if you discount the nerves LOL. I did my homework the best I could beforehand. There is a valuable wealth of information contained on the forums. By taking time to read the advice posted by established clients one should have enough information to hand to make an informed decision on who is best to meet in order to meet your expectations and requirements.

I agree, people should not be ridiculed but this is a forum where anonymity is king — it's not just the OP who needs a thick skin if they are to stay on here and not take things too seriously when comments are made.
