If you get a red review in the month in question then it,s a -1 for that month only.
If you got a red review 2 months ago then that doe,s not come into the equation for this month.
Just because a girl got a red review doe,s not mean she cannot win EOTM

The correct girl has won based on the three examples you have given.

The Annabelle that has won has five qualifying reviews. Qualifying means the reviewer is a member more than 6 months and has 10 reviews or more.
The Annabelle in Dublin 1 has also 5 qualifying reviews, but one reviewer has reviewed her twice (paddywillie), so therefore she has 4 really. The fact she also has a red review gives her a -1 score, thus bringing down her score again.
Katty has 4 qualifying reviews so not in the running.
many thanks James i always find you an informative and very reliable contributor
rules are rules but find it very unusual that date review submitted is counted and not date of visit
congratulations Anabella and thanks again James

if it is true that date meeting took place is one that applies my original point that review that is listed for 27/1/2016 should not be counted and by my calculations leaves winner with just 4 eligible review
ps i am open to be corrected .
I see 5 possible reviews for Anabella that could count towards ETOM

You may be correct there James. The rules state The month that the escort is announced the winner will be the winner based on the points totalled from the previous month; i.e. 'Miss September' is calculated from the reviews submitted in August, and so on.

But I can see a flaw in that as there is a danger the competition could be manumitted. A reviewer has 28 days to submit a review. If an escort was to ask a client to delay submitting the review until the following month she could effect get two months of reviews submitted in a single month giving her an unfair advantage in the competition.

I never implied either way - I was mearly pointing out that if the actual date of the meeting does not have to be in the preceding month then it would be possible to carry forward 28 days of reviews and add then to the preceding month of the award!

Whether it has been done in the past or not is a different matter.

Personally I think it is a flaw in the rules it that is the case.

    I never said you did,
I,m just stating the fact that rule,s are bent in all walks of life to suit one,s needs and just not here.
No rule,s are 100% right and they will never be perfect but it,s what it is in all competitions.
Regardless weather we like them or not then they are the rule,s that we have to go by.
There are some rule,s in EOTM I don,t agree with either but that,s life.
