Corbyn is coming under attack from a number of feminists within the Labour parliamentary party on this issue. They of course are backers of the Swedish model and would also be among those opposed to his leadership and perhaps are trying to lay the foundations for a leadership challenge which many in the UK is inevitable over the next 12-18 months. Hopefully he will stand his ground on this one particularly since the Home Office Select Committee on changes to the law on prostitution is currently hearing evidence.

Home Office Select Committee is already been shown up to have a predetermined leaning - bit like our own Justice Committee here in 2012/13 .
Corbyn is coming under pressure but there is a much m,ore organised pro- SW movement in UK than here.
