    It's difficult to keep in touch with certain professionals. The tendency for frequent geographical moves.....and limited periods of stay ( pop ups ) mean that it's not very easy to have a particular 'favorite'. I would personally feel more eager to use services more frequently if i got to know a certain person as it would reduce having to do the nervy introduction start over again experience!

    maybe a notification if your favorite is advertising again?
