If it's fantasy, why restrict yourself to dodgy profiles?
Reverse search the image and find the girls concerned.
Send her email with link to her picture being shared illegally on an escort website
Include the hosting server address also.
They usually have abuse@blah blah email addresses.

I noticed that too. A disproportionate amount of the profiles linked to the image carousel on the landing page are very dubious. It's a little confusing because surely pride of place should be reserved for proven reputable professionals. I can only guess at a monetary advantage for E-I.
