Real Madrid are a mess of a club. To sell Makelele to buy Beckham was one of the stupidest transfer moves ever. There is nearly always some dressing room politics happening, like the Ronaldo vs Bale saga currently.
If the likes-dislikes were listed it would make the game players and groups of fake reviewers fairly obvious. It's a good idea I think, and thus it will never happen.

Disable the invisible mode (she says on it now ) and also when posts are reported, to show who reported them - if they have reason to report then they should have nothing to hide....

This would cut down a lot of petty nonsense and bitchiness.

100 right should not be able to hide as you can report anyone for any old reason.

Get the chat room sorted, it looks very cheap and reflects badly on the site as well as tedious to use.

Get rid of the new 'available now' option, it stinks!

Allow advertisers to make changes to the content of their advert 24/7 (photo's not included). Maybe this could be done for established advertisers if you don't feel it would work for all to be lest loose with this facility?

Allow one day advertising

Change the policy for down time on the site so that advertisers are reimbursed the time they have lost to the nearest hour down. I have had short tours where the site has been down or there has been a technical error and it has completely washed out my tour making it a very expensive waste of time. You can't get that time back, but at least I could try and make up for it with the time reimbursed for my next tour or advertising period.

Ask advertisers what they think before introducing new facilities that directly effect them would be good.

Be more transparent about why changes are being made before making them. As in let's see the survey and stats that has been collated and acted upon.

May I ask what the feedback reported? It seems from what has been posted that the majority seem to think it is either useless or even dangerous — I would tend to be in that camp!

I find myself in agreement here!

I would like to see our old chatroom reinstated!

We were told by IT that the old one was a security risk and so we would be getting a new one — but that was months ago!

Instead we are given Available Now which from what I see no one asked for and is a potentially bigger security risk for everyone if the new law is introduced here!
