Many women who are transitioning from MTF have had gender re-assignment surgery. The term is commonly known as Post-Op, and occasionally us horny lads have the pleasure of their company here in the Emerald isle. It isn't a cheap process and there's a lot to consider like the mental aspects not just the physical, as there is no going back. So the ratio of Post Operative women is lower than that of Pre-Op women.

In my experience it's usually stated on their profile info and from what I can see you are out of luck at the moment. Hope that helps.......:-)
