Europe - Hiring a 'Companion' For a Week

I've used escorts in the past and met some fantastic women; however I love the idea of going somewhere in Europe and finding a full time 'companion' for a few days, maybe a week. Someone to have sex with of course, but also to keep me company and to wine and dine as I enjoy seeing somewhere new. Kind of a temporary girlfriend.

I'm 32 and I generally like younger women, 18-21. I'm in good shape, clean ect...there must be parts of Europe where there would be college students or other young women who would be interested in being a 'companion' to someone like me? I couldn't afford to pay the £1000 a day rates an escort would charge but I'd still pay better than a 'job' does, and I'd be more fun!

So my question is, has anyone managed to set this up, somewhere like Poland or elsewhere in Europe? Is there any websites worth looking at to set up a profile and get to know some girls over there who would be interested in such an 'arrangement'?
