Besides, soliciting is always illegal and talking on the phone too much about a service costing x another y and another z is exactly that, soliciting.

But even this has to be handled discretly.

I prefer to pay for quality -however in some cases you may pay and not get quality -also the quality girls are hard to tie down (so to speak )
