    Wink Another dish best served cold


    Sweet pepper gazpacho

    A delicious twist on a classic recipe that is tasty and clourful.
    Ingredients
    2 red peppers, halved and de-seeded
    700g/1Żlb ripe tomatoes, peeled and chopped
    Ż cucumber, peeled and chopped
    2 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed
    110g/4oz fresh breadcrumbs
    4 tbsp olive oil
    1 tbsp white wine vinegar
    570ml/1 pint tomato juice
    1 tbsp basil leaves
    salt and freshly ground black pepper



    Method
    1. Preheat the oven to 200C/400F/Gas 6.
    2. Brush the red peppers in oil and roast in the oven for about 30 minutes until soft.
    3. Place the roasted peppers, tomatoes, cucumber, garlic, bread crumbs, olive oil and vinegar in a food processor and blend until smooth.
    4. Add the tomato juice and basil and process briefly.
    5. Season to taste and chill well before serving.

    Is it filling

    I don't want to fill up on this Lizzie has promised me some revenge but maybe her fridge is broken because it seems to be taking a while to chill

    An Exotic warm Blend of Wholesome Goodness


    Ingredients.
    Two slices of bread,
    2 eggs,
    Mayonase,

    Method.
    Put two eggs in a sauce of warm water,
    head off out with dog for 15 mins,
    remove egg shell and crush egg,
    Take two slices of bread,
    Place first slice on plate and spread mayonase on it,
    place egg on top of this,
    spread more mayonase on other slice of bread,
    place this slice on top of the other slice,
    lick knife clean,
    let the washing for someone else,


    a sandwich of health and vitality,

    holy commuinion bread.Probaby go up a mountain with two slices of bread,two eggs and a jar of mayo and come back down with a deli franchise.
