Same as being able to claim 45p per mile if driving somewhere for work purposes. You can't claim driving to the local shops for your own shopping, but if you are going to buy stationary or equipment you can. You really should have a better grasp of these things. It seems unfair to expect your accountant to sift through all the crap.
that what accountants are for, thats what i pay them to do, i didnt know about the travel and all other expenses but the food is a new one for me but i dont eat much anyway as like to stay slim.Theres not many Escorts anyway if any at all putting in tax returns to HMRC for the tax year as they dont pay tax even though they are self employed so you are lucky

The new law will not bother me too bad as don't visit that much now anyhow, What I intend to do is just save the money I would spend on escorts here and take a trip to Holland, Germany Or Poland and maybe see 6-7 escorts. This will do me fine

Clare Daly stated in the Dail yesterday
"Sex workers and important human rights organisations like Amnesty International have expressed significant concerns about this legislation, which absolutely deserves further scrutiny. That is why we opposed the proposal made earlier."

The discussion on whether to take all stages yesterday may be seen here:
    https://www.kildarestreet.com/debate...ker%3A321#g432

ALL the main parties seem to be in favour of this bill.

Dail is due to end on Tuesday so I would be hopeful that the legislation will not get passed during this session.

    Fingers crossed!

I know there is talk of an amendment but if it is rushed through then that is the amendment out of the window!

The new law is about Irish being chickens,
and not just chickens but headless chickens, flapping about and yapping.

The Republic is not noted for over zealous enforcement of laws.
I don't expect huge change in this.
But one squawking chicken being caught and plucked frightens all the other poultry.
Puts the cat amongst the pigeons so to speak.
