I wouldn't worry too much about it as you have some reviews from very well respected clients, which will matter far more to anyone looking. Having said that I hope you manage to sort it out x

It may not be your review, his review count is zero so we don't know if he has more but if a reviewer is found to be a rat on 1 review all his reviews are ratted, even the ones that are possibly genuine.
