Default Glenn Frey, Eagles guitarist, has died. Another legend gone :(

Glenn Frey, Eagles guitarist, has died at the age of 67 from complications arising from rheumatoid arthritis, colitis and pneumonia.

He co-wrote Hotel California with Don Henley, and composed a number of the band's biggest songs on his own, including Heartache Tonight and Lyin' Eyes.
One of the first Eagles songs was Take it easy, which Glenn Frey co-wrote, totally laid back as its title suggests

    Then (1977)

Yeah there had been a bad start to this year regards musical artists. The Eagles Greatest Hits vol.1 is the biggest selling album ever in the U.S. I think & they were big worldwide. I seen them probably in the late 90's & they were still good. RIP Glenn Frey.

RIP Glenn Frey, yet another great artist gone. I, too, saw the Eagles, it was amazing how they managed to hold the show together even though they didn't like each other. Great driving music, nothing quite like singing your heart out on a long journey.
