    This happens in one part of the United Kingdom. In another part of the United Kingdom we have Morrow's Law. And Morrow is a Unionist who supports Northern Ireland being part of the Union.

    We have won the argument regarding escorting, but Fitzgerald and her ilk just ignore the facts and the argument.

    I guess when you're responsible for enacting legislation that is contrary to the European convention on human right it's best to ignore that kind of stuff.

    Absolutely!

    Although the big problem - Fitzgerald and her Ilk are the ones that make the laws.

    Wonderful system, eh? That a law that is pointless, dangerous, over-reaching, interfering and lacks any support can be forced on the population without their say.

    Well , ultimately its the courts that CAN make the law - Fitz's law is just the temporay stepping stone to the inevitable rights based approach that 'll be secured through the courts.

    Laura Lee's High Court proceeding next month will be interesting....
