Highly unlikely. If you are the nrevous type then stick to the established girls where the risk is negligible. You have a better chance of getting any infection (including AIDS) in civvy street. Escorts should and do use condoms. Escorts should and do get checked regularly. HIV cannot be transmitted through urine.

Firstly, some information for you about AIDS and HIV.
AIDS develops from HIV which is a virus. There is a sizeable group of HIV positive people in the world who have not developed AIDS and that group is growing all the time.
Many HIV positive people are virus undetectable which means medical staff cannot find a trace of the virus in the body. The immune system is just as strong in these people as it is in HIV negative people. However that does not mean they are "cured"; it just means the virus is suppressed to such a low level it is undetectable and it is having no effect on the body.

Being HIV positive isn't the death sentence it once was. There are people who feel perfectly normal today who have been living with HIV for over 20 years.

That's just by way of background information for you..

    So I would say relax.

    Now.....

The chances of getting any "bug" from an escort is probably lower than from a woman you pick up in a niteclub.

    The reason:
    1. Escorts are very health conscious. Her first priority will always be her own health. Their work means they are aware that they are potentially exposed to all manner of bug.
    2. So they refuse to see clients they think are in any way unhealthy. If you have a common cold, a "sniffle" or a temperature, an escort will not see you.
    2. Escorts take very careful precautions like always using condoms. They discretely check you out when you meet them. If your willie look in any way abnormal, an escort will not "go there".
    3. They get very regular health check ups.

Escorts want to work and make money. Being ill in any way stops an escort from working so she will first and foremost look after her health and livelihood.

As has already been stated this is highly unlikely! You must remember these ladies are professionals — this is their current livelihood and they take it and their health very seriously.

Hygiene is a propriety with these ladies and they are extremely well versed in how best to protect themselves and their clients.

It can be argued that you are far more likely to contract some form of STD from a woman who does not work in this industry.

very very very unlikely. go for an STD check from a health professional. There is only limited advice you can get here and just for your own peace of mind need to get a checkup.

Unlike the night club girls, escorts would never be intoxicated.

So they are always in control, and would never slip up on health issues.

Who knows, in civvy street, escortland, anywhere.
Don't assume everyone is necessarily getting tested regularly.
Practice safe sex all the time. If you're of a nervous disposition, practice covered oral(fellatio or cunnilingus) and get tested for STIs on a reasonably, regular basis.
