My view is as long as there are arseholes going around setting up false profiles and giving false negative reviews on this site then the escorts can refuse whoever the hell they want.....without reason.

One of the advantages of making prostitution legal is that you can have laws to address it.

For example. You can have an anti discrimination law that says that nobody may refuse to provide goods or services to somebody because of their race, religion, gender, age or disability. You can have another clause in that anti discrimination law that says that, where another law specifically allows discrimination then that law has priority. Then in your prostitution law you state that a commercial sex worker has the right to refuse to provide any service to any client for any reason and you can add in an extra clause that says that the manager of a brothel is not allowed to take any action against a sex worker who refuses to service a client or a class of clients.

It helps to have sensible laws.
