I don't know? If you say so! It's a bit of an odd statement to make though it you were using that piece of propaganda to support your argument about the Roma, Romanian and Eastern Europeans being involved in a prostitution ring some apartment somewhere!

"As part of the investigation four years of data was collated, tracking each profile, mobile phone and movement of every woman advertised online, updated daily."

That is some snooping. I doubt if there is enough resources in the whole of RTE to do that.

that the people who made it dont understand the concept of safety. I will start off with an example to explain my point. Take a hollywood actor or billionaire businessman, do you think the people who travel with them are their friends? well I have news for you, they are their security team mostly.
Now that you understand the concept of protecting a valuable resource, and apply the same model to escorting, it should appear obvious that resources are being protected, what resource? escorts! women and men of a certain earning potential.

why do they need protecting? because there are scumbags out there who want to remove the money they have earned from their hands before they make it to the bank. It is well known that unsavory characters try to (and sometimes successfully ) gain access to their place of work and relieve them of these monetary assets (among other things )

there are also the very same type of characters who want to disrupt the flow and travel movements of escorts when they travel from one place to another for many different reasons (intimidation, "get off my patch!" for example) and including the very real security threat reasons I mentioned above.

The fact that they focused on one group only and never interviewed independent escorts from the page makes me wonder. Considering there's an abundance of Independence in Ireland I found it one sided.
