Sorry for getting back to you so late. I would like to apoplogise for my outburst on my last email. I just had a hell of a trip to make it to Dublin, 1 missed flight, 2 cancelled, and another one delayed. My trip was therefore shortened to 3 days instead of 5(while my hotel was booked for the 5 nights and non refundable), and I landed after the banks were closed on Friday. I was very grumpy, and my patience was very low or quasi inexistant at that point, as I thought I was in Dublin for nothing, just wasting money in hotels and couldn't earn any, as nobody knew I was there. I am very sorry you had to pay the price for all my misbehaviours, which were in no way your fault.

I do understand you are very busy, and appreciate all the work you have done (pretty good in my case, I have been so busy that I have just only found the time to email you back!).

So again, please accept my sincere apologies.
