You are probably correct, a set wording to cover no matter the gender or type of profile, Eg. Duo but an oddity given the amount of profiles claiming to be independent but as clients we see the actual reality.

"Them" would be a pronoun — the objective case of they! It is not formal or informal usage to denote a singular object or individual.

Replace "them" with "the escort"... Or better again ..... "Please call for rates"......Problem solved.
