I have to admit though that dialling 112 for the fire brigade probably wouldn't be the first service I would have called is such a situation — are they going to charge a call out fee as well?

Live in Belfast so no charge....rang the police first and asked them who to call....2nd phonecall was to my mum and dad lol

yeah---been a nitemare---had to move back with folks...couldn't even get my clothes etc...borrowed and bought everything i need---keeping receipts to see if inusrance will cover those as well.
