Cup size by itself it's a good enough indication to establish if boobs are big or small but it's not enough to compare with other boobs if the number before the cup size is not present.

For example, does a F cup sounds HUGE to you ?? Well, it depends how small the girl is because a 30F is the same cup as 38C for example.

I am always wearing a 36D but I could fit into a 34DD with no problem if I stratch a little the back band or into a 38C if I don't mind the band being looser.
So I could advertise as D, DD or C with no problem.
