Bad form in my opinion. Then again he does remind me of Peter Sutcliffe so never really liked him ...

He probably should have considering that he suffers from asthma. I see he will still get £20000 plus world ranking points just for getting through the qualifying rounds. Ronnie O`Sullivan has also criticised the snooker authorities for allowing spectators into the arena describing the players as lab rats. Anyway Kyren Wilson will be happy with Hamilton`s withdrawal as he now gets a bye into the last 16 round.

Wilson might be happy but he still can't spell his first name correctly !

Judd Trump is the bookies` favourite at 5/2 but I have a feeling that Mark Selby currently at 12/1 might go all the way. Mark Allen is the lowest priced of the Irish competitors at 14/1.The other Irish player Jordan Brown who is making his debut at the Crucible is 500/1 to lift the trophy in a few weeks time.

Selby looks a good enough bet at those odds.

At those odds , if you’re putting on a couple of pounds, Selby would be most attractive, he won’t be far away
