she has refused to take action against certain members who should have been banned - not merely banished to a section of the site.

she has brought in a list of rules which was supposedly to clarify and simplify things here so that there could be no arguments against future sanctions - but these rules are nigh on impossible to monitor, and even when members are found to have broken them, they are rewarded instead of penalised.

i'm sure the above post will receive a response from Pat as to who i am referring to and what was ther reward - and that is my third point - she decides to grant Pat's Bodyguard MOD status even though bbj has already broken the rule regarding multiple usernames!

When a moderator deletes a post here - I - as administrator - can still see it. I don't see that any of call99's post have been deleted. I will go and check now, that this is definately the case, as I admit I am not 100% about this point.

Ok, I have one of the vbulletin guys looking at this today and he will ensure there is no way a community mod can delete a post without me still seeing it. This is the only point I was unsure of and this will be resolved today. Thank you.

lads, just to clarify a few concerns

friends - lizzy, yes i am friends with lizzy. i know full well she is a gossip and a mixer at times, other times she can be fun as she can play along with a bit of banter. however, anyone that gossips to me about someone else, gets held on the long arm as to what i will say about myself and esp what i say about anyone else. i dont trust gossips, simply because anything revealed to them will come back on you. the simple rule is KEEP YOUR MOUTH SHUT- (dont sign your life away- ) be carefull

friends - epsilon, a friend i,ve time, respect and a lot of laughs with. also lizzys nemesis and strongest opponent on this site. i have not, do not and will not Mix between them. nor between anyone else.

regarding my user other names, BIG DEAL, any that i use are for fun eg clarence hilten, gene hunt, pompom, knightmayors, bruce forsyth, eoghan, nick cotton all of which have been used for slagging and nonsense, big deal!

there are some people who use other user names for abusive purposes, they know who they are but thats their business and not for me to bitch about.

i hope i can help patricia keep this forum more peaceable, after all she cant moderate this forum 24 hrs a day 7 days a week. provocative comments may appear when shes away. and indeed has had as we,ve all seen in the past. and then she gets flak for not doing her job, wtf, patricia isnt obliged to keep this forum going.

but if i can nip provocative comments in the bud before they get the reaction they are designed to provoke then less storms in teacups will happen. for example derogatory comments by irishc*unts the other day were nipped in the bud early and so irishc*unts caught on he wasnt going to get away with them and so stopped.

So he have no access to chatroom at all is that s what you are saying,as i am told by certain member here,that couple members got some log outta chatroom,and it was sent to them by person who used invisible username........

And if now comes out It was not You,Pat who sent that log,it myst be your bodyguard,and if he has any access to chatroom,he has access to IP's too,as when u look at usernames from mod side,when u slide mouse over username,it shows user UP,and place it come from or only IP

Pat,i ve never complained about this site,but last time i was in the chatroom,i just was not able to speak out,as if i was told correctly that at least 2 ppl got chat from ínvisible' username,well,username is called similar,but i wont revail it here,than it means whoever it was can see IP's and also private messages when people chat in private.

I know from managing my own exroom.

Than i wated to discuss some private future plans with one member,and i had to install yahoo messenger just to make sure no one is lurking.

also i dont think i ll b using chatroom as much any more,as i went trough BBJ posts,so i tought mod has to be neutral,not onesided or othersided.

Pat,does it not happe that from mod side post is coming with IP already,and than u can seee posters IP,and then there s such option that u can click on "who else posted from this IP" and u simply click on it,and all usernames come up,and if mod can moderate posts,how come he have no access to IP's as i cant remember such option 'mod is not able to see ip's '.......

This was the reason why i started to fall out with jackass site staff,as they lied,even i could clearely see that someone is in there.......
as from outside i could see 8 members,entering room there were 7 usernames,so it meant one.
1 was hidden,and i just could not stand that,and they were times when i created my own board and my own room,but again-i did not had much time to pay attention to it,and it needed to be moved to diff server,so i just let it go,but one thing jackass did not knew-we had a truthbox-hiddden one............

Community Moderators are not also moderating chat - just boards.

On the boards, there is options for moderator to see IP or not see IP - I have chosen for moderators to not see IP, so Community Moderators here cannot see IPs.

Regards this invisible users in chat thing - I'll contact the maker of flashcat and see if they can provide any further info about this - Is it a strange phenomenon of this software or is it just a myth? - I'll have to get onto the software maker as I have not heard of it. I don't think people can make themselves "invisible" in chat, but I'll try to find out if you are saying this is somehow happening.

Community Moderators should not try to stop anyone saying anything, unless it is against the rules like too much foul language abuse or threats etc. If Community Moderators took their personal opinions and agendas and tried to bring them in to moderating instead of just helping enforce rules, that wouldn't work, and we wouldn't have that.
